Yes, currently we have Korean skincare brands like Rovectin, Celimax, Nacific & Thank You Farmer.

Q - Are these products authentic?

Yes, we at Skinbae ethically source all products from South Korea which are 100% authentic and genuine.

Q - How much time does it take for products to be delivered?

It usually takes maximum of 4-7 business days to deliver from the date of dispatch.

Q - Do you ship outside India?

We only ship PAN India.

Q - Are these products safe to use?

Yes, these products are Hypoallergenic, Cruelty-Free, Clean & Dermatologically Tested and are completely safe to use.

Q - What is your return & refund policy?

In case of the product being damaged in transit, you need to inform us along with images within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, we will send a replacement. Q - Can I cancel my order?

Orders once placed can be cancelled only within 24 hours. It cannot be cancelled after this time period.

Q - What are the payment options?

Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Paytm, GooglePay, EMI, Paylater, Cash on Delivery (COD).

Q - Is COD available?

Yes, COD is available to select pincodes at an extra charge of Rs.51/-

Q - My payment didn't go through, what should I do?

Please re-check if you have given your card details correctly. If yes, please contact your bank and inform them that you are trying to purchase from an online store. Your bank might block your cards sometimes for security reasons.
