1. After cleansing
2. Starting with the lower sheet, remove the film, and place the sheet mask onto the nose, mouth, and chin evenly. Stretch the sheet to fit the contour of the chin over the cheek area and gently hang it on your ears.
3. Place the upper sheet attaching the eyes to the face, and evenly adhere to the lower sheet.
4. Leave it on for 20 minutes
5. Gently remove the mask and massage any remaining essence into the skin.
